Alesia J. Haas has been serving as the Chief Financial Officer of Coinbase Global Inc. since April 2018. Before her tenure at Coinbase, Ms. Haas held the position of Chief Financial Officer at Och Ziff Capital Management LLC, a globally recognised institutional alternative asset manager, from December 2016 to April 2018. Prior to that, she was the Chief Financial Officer at OneWest Bank, NA, a California-based commercial bank, from January 2013 until its acquisition by CIT Group Inc. in August 2015. Her career at OneWest Bank also included serving as Interim Chief Financial Officer from September 2012 to January 2013 and as Head of Strategy from March 2009 to August 2015. Ms. Haas has also been a director of ANGI Homeservices (NASDAQ: ANGI) since September 2017. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo.
