In February 2018, Anthony Noto assumed the role of CEO at SoFi. Before his tenure at SoFi, he held significant positions at Twitter, serving as the COO from November 2016 to February 2018 and as the CFO from July 2014 to August 2017. Noto’s journey prior to Twitter included a prominent role as the co-head of Global Telecommunications, Media, and Technology (TMT) Investment Banking at Goldman Sachs. He returned to Goldman Sachs in October 2010, having previously served as the National Football League’s Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for nearly three years. During his NFL tenure, Noto oversaw various finance and strategy functions, including corporate development, labor finance, operational finance, accounting, tax, and treasury.

Before his time at the NFL, Anthony Noto distinguished himself as the Internet, Entertainment, and Cable Equity Research analyst and led the Communications, Media, and Entertainment Equity Research team at Goldman Sachs.
