Arch Insurance International Appoints Deputy CEO

Arch Insurance International, a prominent insurance company, has named Kirsten Valder as its Deputy CEO, effective immediately. Valder, who previously served as Chief Claims Officer for the company and has been a part of its senior leadership team for a decade, brings a wealth of experience to her new role.

Prior to joining Arch, Valder was a Partner at Kennedys Law LLP, showcasing her extensive background in claims, legal, human resources, and compliance. In her new position, Valder will play a crucial role in supporting the ongoing development and growth of Arch Insurance International’s platforms.

Based in London, Valder will continue reporting to Hugh Sturgess, the CEO of Arch Insurance International. Sturgess expressed confidence in Valder’s capabilities, highlighting her instrumental role in the company’s expansion efforts.
