His credentials further include certifications as an Anti-Money Laundering Specialist and a Chartered Insurer. With a professional journey that traverses both the private and public sectors, Monday has demonstrated mastery in identifying and mitigating risks, executive decision-making, policy direction, and strategic business planning. His experience in Business Process Improvement has been pivotal in streamlining operations for efficiency and optimization. Proficient in financial and personnel management, he also possesses a keen aptitude for integrating risk management and strategy into the very fabric of organizational culture. Monday has been instrumental in establishing risk management functions, authoring insightful risk policies, and guiding board and executive leadership through intricate decision-making processes.
