As a Fellow of the Institute of Engineering and Technology, and having won numerous awards including the Global Excellence Awards Property Technology CEO of the year (UK) for three years running, Ryan prides himself on no-nonsense communication and to-the-point basics. In his previous role, Ryan managed over 57,000 Social Housing properties for a large Local Authority in Yorkshire and has since been the go-to person for many providers to help with clarity around Compliance.
