Hilton has named Candice D’Cruz as the Vice President of Luxury Brands for Asia Pacific, reinforcing the company’s commitment to luxury hospitality in the region. Based in Singapore, Candice will oversee Hilton’s prestigious luxury brands, including Waldorf Astoria Hotels & Resorts, LXR Hotels & Resorts, and Conrad Hotels & Resorts, further solidifying the company’s leadership position in luxury hospitality.

Dino Michael, Senior Vice President and Global Head of Hilton Luxury Brands expressed his confidence in Candice, stating, “Candice brings a wealth of industry experience and a profound understanding of luxury and hospitality.” He added, “Her impressive track record in enhancing brand distinctiveness and elevating guest experiences will be instrumental as we continue to strategically expand and enhance our world-class brands across the Asia Pacific.”

Candice D’Cruz shared her enthusiasm for the new role, saying, “I am delighted to embark on this journey with Hilton, based out of the vibrant city of Singapore.” She emphasised her passion for shaping distinctive brand identities and localised guest experiences, aiming to set a new standard for luxury in the region.

With over two decades of experience, Candice joins Hilton from Marriott International, where she served as Vice President of Luxury Brand Management and Marketing for Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. Her accolades include being named number one in “The Power of 25” by Hotelier Middle East and recognized as a top storyteller by Forbes Middle East. Candice’s extensive experience includes roles at Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide, Inc., and Emaar, where she oversaw brand, marketing, and communications strategies in diverse markets.

Candice, of Indian origin, currently resides in Singapore with her husband and two children, drawing inspiration from them to attract and engage the evolving generation of travellers.
