Centier Bank has announced the appointment of Joe DiNicolantonio as the new Chief Retail Officer, following Randall Shepard’s retirement after an impactful eight-year tenure. Michael E. Schrage, President and CEO of Centier Bank, expressed his enthusiasm for DiNicolantonio’s addition to the team.

With over 20 years of experience in crafting and implementing successful business strategies, fostering innovation, and building high-performing teams, DiNicolantonio has held similar roles at Simmons Bank, Atlantic Capital, and Regions Bank. His notable contributions have significantly influenced the banking landscape, demonstrating his passion for driving results and cultivating winning teams.

DiNicolantonio who holds a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Florida, says he is eager to bring his extensive background in financial services to Centier Bank, aiming to elevate the client experience and nurture internal talent for sustainable growth.
