With a distinguished career spanning several prominent organisations, Zeeshan Ramlan brings a wealth of experience and expertise to his new role at CleverTap. Prior to joining CleverTap, Ramlan served as the Senior Director and Head of HR at CoinSwitch, where he played a pivotal role in shaping the company’s HR strategies and fostering a culture of excellence.
Before his tenure at CoinSwitch, Ramlan held key positions at renowned companies such as Infosys and Intuit, where he honed his skills in HR management and operations.
In his new capacity, Ramlan will lead CleverTap’s HR Partnering & Operations globally, spearheading initiatives to enhance employee engagement, talent development, and operational efficiency. His proven track record in driving organisational growth and fostering a collaborative work environment makes him an invaluable addition to the CleverTap team.

Ramlan’s educational background includes an MBA in Human Resources from Symbiosis International University and a PhD in Human Resources Management and Services from SRM University. His academic achievements, coupled with his hands-on experience in HR leadership, position him as a strategic leader capable of steering CleverTap’s HR initiatives to new heights of success.
