Crocs Inc. Appoints Executive VP

Crocs Inc., the global casual footwear brand, is enhancing its financial leadership with the appointment of Susan Healy as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer (CFO), effective June 3.

Healy brings over thirty years of financial expertise to her new role, where she will be responsible for overseeing financial planning, analysis, accounting, investor relations, tax, internal audit, and corporate development.

Previously, Healy served as the Chief Financial Officer at IAA, Inc., a leading global marketplace for automotive buyers and sellers. Before her tenure at IAA, Inc., she held the position of Senior Vice President of Finance at Ulta Beauty, a well-known beauty retailer. Healy’s extensive financial leadership experience also includes a 12-year tenure at Goldman Sachs, where she held various senior financial roles.
