Dash Solutions, a leading fintech and engagement platform, has announced significant additions to its C-suite and executive teams with the appointment of three seasoned leaders. Ann Berkmeier has been promoted to Chief Administrative Officer, Anna Fron to Chief Legal & Compliance Officer, and industry veteran Maggie O’Toole joins as Senior Vice President, Product Strategy and Strategic Partnerships.
Ann Berkmeier, who has been an integral part of Dash Solutions’ leadership team since 2022, assumes the role of Chief Administrative Officer after serving as Senior Vice President of Special Projects. In her new capacity, Berkmeier will spearhead the enhancement of all business processes, with a keen focus on people, technology, and data-related initiatives. She will also oversee human resources and data analytics, critical components for the company’s continued success.
Anna Fron, who joined Dash Solutions in 2019 as Chief Compliance Officer, now takes on the dual role of Chief Legal & Compliance Officer. With her extensive legal background, Fron will lead efforts to address major legal and regulatory issues, mitigate enterprise risks, and oversee the company’s legal department.
Bringing over 15 years of experience in payments, Maggie O’Toole joins Dash Solutions as Senior Vice President, Product Strategy and Strategic Partnerships. O’Toole’s track record includes leadership roles at Onbe and TabaPay, where she excelled in building strategic partnerships and scaling companies through various growth stages. In her new role, she will drive the launch and enhancement of Dash Solutions’ suite of products while fostering key partnerships.
