Before joining Edlong, Natale served in various leadership roles at Ingredion, Inc., a global ingredient solutions company. Starting as a commercial director in May 2018, he quickly progressed through the ranks, holding positions such as senior director of commercial and growth platforms, general manager, and global leader of plant-based protein.
Before his tenure at Ingredion, Natale contributed significantly to Bell Flavours & Fragrances, where he served as the managing director for Mexico and vice president of LATAM. His diverse leadership roles at Bell Flavours & Fragrances equipped him with valuable insights and expertise in the flavour industry.
