Frank Bisignano holds the esteemed positions of Chairman of the Board, President, and Chief Executive Officer at Fiserv, a global leader in financial services and payments technology solutions. His journey with Fiserv began in 2019 following the acquisition of First Data, where he held the roles of Chairman and CEO.
Within Fiserv, Bisignano initially led day-to-day operations as President and Chief Operating Officer before ascending to the role of CEO in July 2020. In May 2022, he assumed the additional title of Chairman.
Prior to his tenure at First Data, Bisignano served as co-Chief Operating Officer and CEO of Mortgage Banking at JPMorgan Chase & Co. With over three decades of executive leadership experience in banks and global financial institutions, he also held various key positions at Citigroup, including Chief Administrative Officer and CEO of the company’s global transaction services unit.
Apart from his corporate endeavours, Bisignano dedicates his time to numerous non-profit commitments, serving on the boards of the National September 11 Memorial and Museum, the Mount Sinai Health System, and The Battery Conservancy. He is also a member of the Business Roundtable, a U.S.-based association of CEOs advocating for policies that bolster economic growth and opportunities for Americans.
