Before joining Ripple, Campbell held the position of CFO at PayNearMe, a billing and payments platform, overseeing finance, human resources, compliance, and risk management. Her professional journey also included roles at Green Dot Corporation, a banking-as-a-service tech firm, spanning general management, operations, sales, and account management. Earlier in her career, Campbell excelled in professional services, working as a manager at Bain & Company, where she focused on corporate and business unit strategy, M&A, and market evaluation. She also contributed her expertise as an investment banker at Smith Barney.
