With a distinguished track record of scaling companies and maximising their impact, Bob Bates brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to his new role.
Bob Bates joins ContinuumCloud from RedSail Technologies, where he served as Chief Operating Officer. At RedSail, he drove innovation and operational excellence, achieving significant growth and customer satisfaction, with the company tripling its revenue under his leadership. Bates’ experience in the healthcare technology sector positions him as the ideal leader to guide ContinuumCloud towards future success.

Bob Bates’ prior experience includes overseeing global teams of more than 1,500 employees, managing multiple P&Ls, and leading four companies to successful exits. He has held senior positions at Connecture, Peoplenet, Aetna, Molina Healthcare, ACS/Xerox, Benefitfocus, and AT&T. Bates holds an MBA from Nova University and a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from the University of Florida.
