Cracker Barrel Old Country Store has appointed Sarah Moore as its new Chief Marketing Officer, effective July 22. Moore will oversee marketing, brand development, and guest engagement for the Southern restaurant chain.
Moore joins Cracker Barrel from MGM Resorts International, where she was Senior Vice President of Marketing. In her previous role, she managed marketing strategies for renowned brands such as Bellagio, ARIA, and MGM Grand.
Julie Felss Masino, President and CEO of Cracker Barrel, praised Moore’s extensive experience in hospitality marketing, stating that her leadership will be crucial in the company’s strategic transformation and brand enhancement.
With over 16 years at MGM Resorts, Moore led global brand marketing, media strategy, and content development. She expressed enthusiasm for joining Cracker Barrel, highlighting her personal connection to the brand and her commitment to enhancing guest experiences.
Cracker Barrel, established in 1969, operates around 660 locations across 44 states and owns Maple Street Biscuit Company.
