CyberPower Inc. has officially launched its operations in India, appointing Vishal Parekh as the Chief Operating Officer. Parekh, who previously held key marketing roles at NODWIN Gaming, Kingston, and HyperX, brings extensive experience in the gaming and technology sectors to his new position.
Vishal Parekh will spearhead CyberPowerPC India’s strategy, aligning it with local market demands while upholding the brand’s global standards of innovation and quality. This strategic move aims to enhance CyberPowerPC’s mission to deliver top-tier gaming systems across India.
The India launch signifies CyberPowerPC’s first venture into the Asian market, established as a joint venture with Creative Newtech Ltd.

This includes custom-built gaming PCs featuring the latest technology from trusted partners like AMD, Intel, and NVIDIA, all tested for FPS specs through UL Solutions. Additionally, the extended on-site service ensures that customers receive prompt and efficient support whenever needed.
CyberPowerPC has established itself as a leading OEM in the US, with notable achievements including over 100,000 Microsoft Windows sold in 2014–2015 and representing Amazon’s Choice SKU for Gaming Desktop PCs in 2018. The brand’s offerings are available at major retailers like Costco, Walmart, Staples, Fingerhut, and Rakuten, and it is the top seller in its category at Best Buy.
In 2022, CyberPowerPC was the only non-MNC in the top 10 Units sold for Desktops and had 5 of the top 10 gaming desktops sold.
According to Statista, India’s gaming industry surged to ₹220 billion in 2023, up from ₹181 billion in 2022. The number of online gamers increased from 183 million in 2017 to 455 million in 2023, including 120 million paying users with an ARPU of up to $20. Key growth drivers include affordable data, advancements in cloud gaming, and governmental support for esports careers. Additionally, the pandemic-induced shift towards online gaming and the development of broadband connectivity in Tier-II and Tier-III cities have significantly contributed to this surge.
