Dell’s CFO Yvonne McGill to Depart as Company Reaffirms Outlook

Yvonne McGill, Dell Technologies' Chief Financial Officer, will step down from her role after nearly 30 years with the company. In a move to maintain stability, David Kennedy, a 27-year veteran of Dell, will step into the role of interim CFO. Kennedy is currently the Senior Vice President of Global Business Operations and is expected to guide the company through this leadership transition. McGill will remain with Dell as an advisor until October 31, ensuring a smooth handover.

Despite McGill’s resignation, Dell Technologies reaffirmed its financial forecasts for the third quarter and full year, reassuring investors of its continued stability.
