Lemonway Strengthens Management Team with Key Appointments

Lemonway, a prominent player in the French payment services industry, has announced strategic additions to its management committee. Céline Bayer joins as Chief Technology Officer (CTO), while Nicolas Vigier assumes the role of Chief Financial Officer (CFO). These appointments reflect Lemonway’s commitment to advancing its technology and finance operations to support its growth trajectory.

Céline Bayer brings extensive expertise in technology project orchestration, having previously held positions at AI surveillance software firm Veesion and payment infrastructure firm Mangopay. In her new role as CTO, Bayer will focus on automating and scaling Lemonway’s internal technologies and processes, leveraging artificial intelligence to enhance customer service.

Meanwhile, Nicolas Vigier brings a wealth of financial acumen to Lemonway, with prior experience as CFO for merchant payment solutions Payplug and Dalenys Payment. With a background spanning eight years at payment acceptance and services provider Ingenico Group, Vigier’s appointment as CFO signals Lemonway’s commitment to strengthening its financial management and HR operations.

Antoine Orsini, CEO of Lemonway, expressed confidence in Bayer and Vigier’s appointments, noting their significance in driving the company’s growth agenda. Both Bayer and Vigier are expected to play pivotal roles in advancing Lemonway’s investment initiatives aimed at improving security, efficiency, and overall effectiveness across its solution offerings.
