Oomnitza, a leading provider of Enterprise Technology Management (ETM) solutions, has announced the appointment of Donna Wilczek as its new Chief Product Officer (CPO). This strategic move is part of Oomnitza’s ongoing expansion of its executive team to meet the growing demand for its ETM solutions. The announcement follows the recent appointment of Victor Hwei as Chief Financial Officer.

Wilczek brings over two decades of leadership experience from high-growth enterprise software businesses. Her most recent role was as Executive Vice President of Strategy and Innovation at Coupa, where she played a pivotal role in the company’s growth. During her tenure at Coupa, Wilczek helped scale the company from a startup to $1 billion in annual recurring revenue, leading to a successful IPO and an $8 billion privatisation by Thoma Bravo. She also serves as a board advisor at Optimizely and has held leadership positions at TriNet and Ketera. Wilczek began her career as a consultant at IBM and Accenture.

Wilczek has been awarded twenty-four software patents and possesses deep expertise in product development, AI/Gen AI, and business strategy. Her addition to the Oomnitza leadership team underscores the company’s commitment to driving innovation and reinforcing its market leadership.

Arthur Lozinski, CEO of Oomnitza, stated, “At Oomnitza, we’re laser-focused on accelerating market reach through a new approach to technology management. Donna’s addition to our leadership team is a game-changer. Her expertise in crafting and executing clear product strategies is exactly what we need to propel us to an even stronger leadership position, now and for years to come.”

As Chief Product Officer, Wilczek will evolve Oomnitza’s product strategy to align closely with customer and market needs. She will lead the product teams, foster a people-first approach to product innovation, and enhance solutions that maximise organisational efficiency and security.

“Oomnitza is redefining enterprise technology management,” said Wilczek. “I’m excited to join this team of innovators in realising our vision for a comprehensive, data-driven approach to ETM.”
