QBE has appointed Declan Moore as its Chief Governance and Executive Operations Officer for the Australia Pacific region.
In this role, Moore will oversee key areas including first line risk, customer remediation, marketing and customer insights, legal, and executive operations.
Moore has been with QBE for 13 years, previously serving as CEO and Managing Director for New Zealand and the Pacific. Jonathan Groves has succeeded him in that role. Moore also holds a position on the Board of the Insurance Council of New Zealand since March 2021.
