Oodle Car Finance has appointed Ciara Raison, formerly of V12 Vehicle Finance, as its new chief commercial officer, strengthening its executive team.
Raison brings over two decades of expertise in the banking and finance sector, with a distinguished career spanning roles at V12 Vehicle Finance, Close Brothers Motor Finance, RBS, NatWest, and Aviva. Recognised for her exceptional leadership, she was honoured as Business Leader of the Year at both the Women in Credit Awards in 2021 and the Credit Strategy Leadership Awards in 2022. Additionally, Raison was a finalist for the prestigious Barbara Cox Woman of the Year Award in 2022 and serves as an ambassador for Everywoman, a network supporting women in business leadership.
Expressing her excitement about joining Oodle, Raison emphasised the company’s customer-centric values and innovative approach. She looks forward to leveraging her experience to drive Oodle’s growth and success by prioritising customer and partner needs.

In line with Oodle’s commitment to fair outcomes for customers, the company recently announced its adoption of AI-driven customer experience solutions from NICE, aimed at supporting frontline contact centre agents in ensuring fair treatment and regulatory compliance.
