Salesloft Welcomes New Chief Revenue Officer

Salesloft, the pioneer of the first AI-powered revenue workflow platform for global sales teams, is pleased to announce the appointment of Mark Niemiec as its Chief Revenue Officer. With over two decades of experience, Niemiec brings a wealth of expertise garnered from his tenure at industry giants Salesforce and Cisco. In his new role, he will lead Salesloft’s global sales organisation, spearheading initiatives to further expand the company’s market reach.

Niemiec’s extensive operational prowess and customer-centric approach have been instrumental in driving growth for some of the world’s leading software enterprises. At Salesforce, he served as the Chief Revenue Officer for the Communications and Media operating unit, overseeing one of the largest and fastest-growing divisions globally. Before this, Niemiec held various leadership positions at Cisco, including roles in the Financial Services, software, and collaboration business units.

Niemiec’s appointment comes at a pivotal moment for Salesloft, following a year of significant growth and innovation. In June 2023, the company unveiled Rhythm, an AI-powered workflow solution designed to optimise seller actions based on buyer behaviours. Additionally, Salesloft was honoured to be recognised in the Deloitte 2023 Technology Fast 500™, showcasing its position as one of North America’s fastest-growing technology companies.

Most recently, Salesloft announced a strategic collaboration with IBM in January 2024 to integrate IBM WatsonX, IBM’s AI and data platform, into its solution. This integration empowers revenue teams with actionable insights to enhance deal closure rates.
