Ashwani Bhatia BayCare Clinic, LLP, is the largest physician-owned specialty-care clinic in northeastern Wisconsin and the Upper Peninsula of Michigan. BayCare offers expertise in more than 20 specialties with more than 200 clinicians serving in 16 area communities. Dr. Bhatia, a Certified Physician Executive, joined BayCare Clinic in 2019 as CMO and was appointed CEO in 2022, seamlessly blending over 20 years of clinical experience with 10 years of healthcare leadership. He is an adjunct associate professor of medicine with the University of Wisconsin School of Medicine and Public Health and an executive board member at Aurora BayCare Medical Center, where he remains engaged in clinical practice. He serves as a member of the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay’s council of trustees and sits on the board of directors for New North. Dr. Bhatia was named to the 2024 and 2025 Wisconsin Titan 100, a program which recognizes the state’s top 100 CEOs and C-level executives.He has had numerous leadership positions through out his career working for Aurora Health Care. Also recently featured in Business Insight Magazine on a cover story for his leadership journey spanning 3 continents. Dr. Bhatia’s journey began with earning his medical degree in New Delhi, India, followed by internal medicine training in London, England, and then completion of residency in Odessa, Texas.
