As CEO of SmartTerm Ltd, he has spearheaded SmartTerm's fast growth over the past 2 years and led the rollout of a national Education Management Information System in St. Vincent and the Grenadines in the Caribbean and major expansion into Africa. His initiatives have supported over 1100 schools across 12 countries, tracking over 2 billion data points annually. Ayodele’s career includes impactful roles, such as Assistant Registrar at CXC, where he revolutionized digital communication, and as a solutions manager for Smartmatic, overseeing major election technology projects. Holding advanced degrees in Computer Science and IT Management from the University of Manchester, he remains committed to fostering global education innovation.
