Abhay Shukla is the Founder and CEO of AI Transmute Solutions, a deep-tech startup revolutionising the maritime sector through AI-driven innovation. A Master’s graduate from IIT Kanpur and diploma for ISB Hyderabad alumnus, Abhay combines technical acumen with strategic leadership to drive impactful transformation. Recipient of the Outstanding Leadership Award at Healthcare 2.0, Dubai (2022) and the Emerging Indian Entrepreneur of the Year under the Maritime Excellence Achievers Awards 2025 by MoPSW, he has also filed over six patents in AI and automation. Under his leadership, AI Transmute has developed pioneering solutions like I-TAPAS, the Intelligent Berth Allocation System, and SPARSH, contributing to India’s MAITRI Corridor and national digital initiatives. Abhay is passionately committed to using emerging technologies to deliver real-world impact and position India as a global leader in maritime deep-tech innovation.
