Jinny Kang

Jinny Kang serves as Chief Operating Officer at the Global Resilience Federation (GRF), where she leads operational strategy, community development, and resilience initiatives supporting critical as well as non-critical infrastructure sectors. With over 20 years of experience in IT, cybersecurity and information sharing, she has been instrumental in expanding GRF’s global network of ISACs and ISAOs, advancing cross-sector collaboration, and strengthening threat intelligence exchange. Prior to joining GRF, she managed strategic programs and operational resilience efforts in oil and gas, retail, and financial sector ISACs. Jinny holds a BA from the University of Virginia and is certified as a Certified Data Privacy Solutions Engineer (CDPSE), Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), and Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP).
