Scott Schneider

Scott Schneider is the Chief Financial Officer at Cologix, overseeing all financial and accounting functions. Since joining in 2017, he has led corporate development, capital markets, financial planning and treasury. He has raised over $6 billion in equity and debt, including Cologix’s 2022 equity recapitalization and ABS issuance. Scott also led nine facility acquisitions, including Cologix’s 2018 entrance into the hyperscale market via Colo-D. Prior to Cologix, he held senior treasury roles at Iron Mountain and Archstone, raising billions in financing and playing a key role in Iron Mountain’s REIT conversion. Scott brings 15+ years of experience in multinational public REITs and data center firms. He serves on the board of Foster Fete, a nonprofit supporting children in foster care, and holds a BS in Finance from Colorado State University.
