Miljan Ilic is the Founder & CEO of Recikom MM Innovation, a technology and innovation company focused on digital transformation, ESG solutions, circular economy, and sustainable development.
He serves as the Regional Partner of Startup World Cup Balkans under license from Pegasus Tech Ventures, Silicon Valley. In this role, he connects startups, investors, corporations, and innovation ecosystems across South East Europe. Startup World Cup is the world's largest startup competition, bringing together more than 100 regional events worldwide and culminating in a Grand Finale in Silicon Valley, where startups compete for a US$1 million investment prize.
Miljan is a Founder Institute Alumni, having completed one of the world's largest pre-seed accelerator programs for entrepreneurs, startups, and technology companies. He also serves as a Startup World Cup Mentor in the fields of CleanTech, Green Technology, Sustainability, and Circular Economy, supporting founders and organizations in developing innovative solutions that drive environmental impact, digital transformation, and long-term economic growth.
His professional mission is focused on connecting innovation, investment, and entrepreneurship through the development of sustainable business models, strengthening startup ecosystems, and supporting companies that create measurable economic and social impact.
